1. Scope & Architectural Context

Wexford Enterprises LLC provides technical B2B consulting, systems architecture reviews, high-load engineering specifications, and cloud infrastructure planning. This policy outlines how technical engagement inputs, communications, and client operational metadata are processed.

We process information strictly necessary to scope, model, test, and deliver architectural specifications, infrastructure blueprints, and capacity benchmarks. We do not sell personal data, monetize access metrics, or maintain consumer profiling datasets.

02 // TELEMETRY & INPUTSRef: SEC-02

2. Information We Collect

Data collected is restricted to direct business communications, contract administration details, and authorized system diagnostic inputs required for technical engagements.

Collected categories include: (a) Professional contact records (name, corporate email, role, organizational affiliation); (b) Project scoping parameters (target transactions per second, architectural topology diagrams, cloud provider configurations, API interface definitions); and (c) Website technical telemetry (IP addresses, user-agent signatures, access timestamps) used strictly for web server security monitoring.

03 // PROCESSINGRef: SEC-03

3. Purpose & Legal Basis for Processing

All information processing is tied to contractual fulfillment, pre-contractual technical evaluation, or legitimate engineering and security interests.

We use data solely to: (a) Conduct architectural audits and generate technical deliverable documentation; (b) Simulate workload stress-testing scenarios and validate throughput thresholds; (c) Maintain client communication and billing records; and (d) Protect our infrastructure against unauthorized intrusion, DDoS events, and API misuse.

04 // ISOLATIONRef: SEC-04

4. System Architecture & Client Data Isolation

Client topology specifications, code snippets, and configuration parameters are treated as confidential technical deliverables.

Architectural blueprints and diagnostic data are stored in encrypted, tenant-isolated cloud storage with multi-factor hardware authentication, least-privilege role-based access controls (RBAC), and full audit logging. Diagnostic traces and stress-test logs shared during an audit are isolated in ephemeral sandboxes and scrubbed upon milestone sign-off.

05 // RETENTIONRef: SEC-05

5. Data Retention Schedules

Data is retained only as long as required to deliver architectural specifications and satisfy regulatory or contractual audit requirements.

Diagnostic traces, load-test snapshots, and temporary configuration files are purged within 30 days of deliverable acceptance. Final architectural diagrams, technical specification documents, engagement agreements, and invoicing records are retained for seven years in compliance with standard corporate legal and financial audit mandates.

06 // SUBPROCESSORSRef: SEC-06

6. Third-Party Infrastructure & Subprocessors

We partner solely with enterprise-grade cloud hosting and developer productivity providers adhering to industry-standard data protection benchmarks.

Subprocessors include SOC 2 / ISO 27001 compliant cloud infrastructure providers (such as AWS and Google Cloud), source version control systems, and encrypted business communication tooling. We execute Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with standard contractual clauses with all active vendors.

07 // RIGHTSRef: SEC-07

7. Client & Data Subject Rights

Authorized representatives have full rights to inspect, update, or request the deletion of their personal information and technical engagement records.

Depending on your jurisdiction, your rights include: requesting confirmation of processing, obtaining an export of your personal contact data in a structured machine-readable format, requesting correction of inaccurate records, and demanding permanent deletion where data is no longer necessary for contractual or statutory compliance.

Section 8 // Privacy Inquiries & Verification

8. Contact for Privacy Questions & Data Requests

To submit a formal data access inquiry, request technical deliverable purging, or verify privacy practices, contact our infrastructure team directly. Written inquiries are answered within 10 business days.

Legal Terms & Operational Scope

Terms & Conditions of Service

These terms establish the legal and technical baseline for architecture engagements, deliverable acceptance, and systems design consulting delivered by Wexford Enterprises LLC.

Entity: Wexford Enterprises LLC
Jurisdiction: Wexford, Pennsylvania
Last Updated: October 2024

1. Scope of Architecture & Systems Services

Definition of technical consulting, system architecture blueprints, and advisory boundaries.

Wexford Enterprises LLC ("Consultant") delivers specialized IT architecture, high-load system design, cloud infrastructure planning, API and integration specifications, and system modernization reviews ("Services"). All Services are governed by an executed Statement of Work ("SOW") or technical engagement letter defining exact architecture deliverables, milestones, system boundaries, and expected throughput parameters.

2. Technical Deliverables & Acceptance Criteria

Verification protocols for architecture documentation, infrastructure as code, and performance benchmarks.

Deliverables include structural architecture diagrams, interface definitions (OpenAPI/AsyncAPI), infrastructure blueprints, capacity planning models, and technical documentation. The Client has ten (10) business days from delivery to review artifacts against the verifiable criteria documented in the respective SOW. If no written notice of deficiency is provided within this timeframe, the deliverable is deemed accepted.

3. Environment Access & Security Compliance

Rules of engagement regarding Client staging environments, telemetry data, and credential hygiene.

Consultant operates under the principle of least privilege. Client will provide time-bounded, role-based access to telemetry, repository metadata, and staging infrastructure strictly required to perform architecture evaluations. Consultant will not inspect, store, or extract raw production end-user Personal Identifiable Information (PII) unless explicitly agreed in a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

4. Intellectual Property & Work Product Ownership

Full assignment of bespoke architecture assets upon payment, with retention of core frameworks.

Upon receipt of full payment for the applicable engagement phase, Consultant assigns to Client all right, title, and interest in customized architectural blueprints, topology diagrams, and client-specific documentation. Consultant retains ownership of pre-existing tools, proprietary estimation models, generic code libraries, and foundational architectural methodologies utilized during the engagement.

5. Invoicing, Retainers & Payment Terms

Milestone-based billing schedules, retainer draws, and expense reimbursement terms.

Services are billed on a fixed-fee milestone basis or under a prepaid monthly advisory retainer as defined in the SOW. Invoices are due Net 30 from the date of transmission. Overdue balances accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum statutory rate allowed by law. Engagement suspension may occur on accounts exceeding fifteen (15) days past due.

6. System Validation, Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Engineering disclaimers, high-load load-test thresholds, and liability aggregate caps.

Consultant warrants that architectural recommendations conform to sound enterprise engineering standards. Because actual production performance depends on hardware availability, network topologies, third-party APIs, and client deployment execution, Consultant does not guarantee specific uptime percentages outside defined advisory scope. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Consultant's total aggregate liability arising out of any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by Client under the applicable SOW within the six (6) months preceding the claim.

7. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

Mutual protection of trade secrets, proprietary codebases, and infrastructural topology.

Both parties agree to protect and maintain in confidence all non-public technical and business information disclosed during the engagement. Confidential Information shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent and shall be used solely for the fulfillment of the architectural engagement. These obligations survive termination for a period of three (3) years.

8. Termination & Governing Law

Contract termination terms and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania venue jurisdiction.

Either party may terminate an active SOW with thirty (30) calendar days written notice, subject to payment for all work performed and non-cancelable commitments incurred up to the termination date. These Terms and all related engagements are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Exclusive jurisdiction resides in the state and federal courts located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.

Engagement Highlights

  • 10-Day Review: Verifiable review window for all blueprint and architectural specs.
  • Full IP Assignment: Bespoke designs fully assigned upon invoice settlement.
  • Least Privilege: Zero storage or retention of production customer data.
  • Net 30 Terms: Standard milestone and monthly advisory invoicing schedules.
